What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay for a faster and more secure checkout experience.

What is Welcome Decor & More return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days with photos, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
     
  • Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?

As soon as we receive your order, we begin processing it right away. While we’re unable to make changes once an order has been placed, you do have a short window of time to cancel items before they begin processing.

Please note, only items eligible for cancellation will be shown, and all quantities of the selected item will be canceled. If you do not see the “Cancel Items” option in the order details, it means we are unable to process a cancellation.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on location and USPS rates.

 Sales tax is applied to orders shipped within Texas, in accordance with state law.
