Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days at customerservice@welcomedecormore.com and include photos of the item and its original packaging.
Photo documentation is required in order to process replacements or claims. Once reviewed, we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Final Sale
Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
