Terms and Conditions

• Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
   

• We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. 
• All payments must be completed at checkout.
   

• We offer nationwide delivery across the continental U.S. 
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 
• Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier.
   

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. 
• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. 
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. 
• Custom and personalized Northshore prints are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
   

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. 
• We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
   

• Welcome Decor & More is a reseller of products from various brands and is not the manufacturer of the items sold. 
• Product descriptions, specifications, and warranties are provided by the original manufacturers. 
• Any inquiries regarding a product’s origin, materials, or warranties should be directed to the respective manufacturer. 
• Welcome Decor & More is not responsible for changes in warranty conditions or product availability made by the brands we represent.
   

• All content on our website, including images, designs, product descriptions, and branding materials, is the exclusive property of Welcome Decor & More and Northshore Design Studio. These materials may not be used, copied, or reproduced without explicit permission.

• Welcome Decor & More is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances. 
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or supplier error, Welcome Decor & More reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price. If your order is canceled, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
   

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
