1. Service Overview
We offer professional porch and table decor services, creating stunning seasonal displays for your home.
2. Images and Visual Representations
All images and pictures provided, including those on social media, are for reference purposes only. We strive to replicate the styles shown; however, we cannot guarantee that your decor will look exactly the same as in the images, due to the unique nature of each setup.
3. Use of Natural Elements
When our decor includes natural elements, please note that we cannot guarantee their longevity, exact shapes, or sizes. Natural products are subject to variation and seasonal availability.
4. Final Sales
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed. This policy applies to all services and products, including porch and table decor services.
5. Scheduling and Availability
After payment confirmation, we will contact you to arrange delivery and decor setup dates based on the availability of products and scheduling. We strive to accommodate your preferred dates, but delays or changes due to product availability do not qualify for refunds.
6. Changes and Cancellations
Changes or cancellations to scheduled services must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance. We will accommodate changes subject to product availability and scheduling constraints, but no refunds will be issued.
7. Liability
We are not responsible for any damage to personal property that may occur during the delivery or setup of our decor services. No refunds will be provided in such instances. For porch decor service, we are not responsible for any damage or loss after setup.
8. Exclusions
Unless otherwise specified, our decor service does not include the setup of dinnerware, glassware, napkins, or similar items; it includes only the decor setup. If the decor elements include wax candles, we cannot be liable for any type of damage.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing access to the property and any necessary instructions for setup. We require a clear and safe working environment to perform our services. If the address does not match the selected service area, we cannot provide the service until the appropriate fee is paid.
10. Customer Inquiries
If customers have any doubts about how their tableware will match the decor, we encourage them to contact us before making a purchase.
11. Service Areas
We primarily serve the Keller, Southlake, Westlake, Colleyville, and Trophy Club areas in Texas. For inquiries regarding other areas within the DFW region or special requests, please contact us at sales@welcomepumpkins.com.
